Your DIY accounting solution! Organize your financial information for tax time...

This spreadsheet is perfect for the small business owner who doesn't love accounting. It offers, simple entry, simple reports. You can't go wrong.

Easy as:
1) Enter Sales data
2) Enter Expense data
3) VIEW REPORT!

Using the drop down menu to input of different sales types (Etsy, Local, Consignment...) and different expense categories (based on the schedule C with some additional Etsy type expenses added in). This (SUPER easy) input results in a Profit & Loss report that business owners will find extremely useful!

I have organized this spreadsheet to coincide with the Schedule C tax form. Transfer of data from this sheet to your tax return should be an easy move.

This spread sheet can hold up to 200 sales and 200 expense transactions per period. It reports for one period of your choice. You can report monthly, quarterly or yearly, it is completely up to you. You can copy/save this file as many times as you need. Use over and over!

The spreadsheets have been created in Excel.

This seems really smart. I found you via etsy forums and really appreciate all of your effort. The craft world aren't always the best with math... okay, so maybe I'm just talking about myself = ) Thanks again!

This is great! Do you know how to integrate it with Quickbooks Pro and PayPal??? I'm wondering if one solution exists to keep track of everything for tax and business purposes.

Not only does this look easy to use, it's even pretty! It almost makes me want* to deal with financial stuff. Thank you so much for offering it! I gave you some tweeting props for it, too. =)

Thank you everyone, you are all so sweet! I hope it is helpful in getting your finances in order :)

Bird-in-Hand: This particular spreadsheet isn't compatible directly with PayPal. But in my shop I have the No.73 and No.74 P&L spreadsheet that are set up to copy/paste PayPal info directly in. Check here: http://www.AccountingSPOT.etsy.com

As for the QuickBooks, I'm not sure what you have in mind with that. If you are interested, email me with your idea and I'll see if I can come up with a solution!

Thanks all!!!

Wow.
I just can't believe that you are giving away this for free! It's beautiful AND easy! I don't have problems with numbers or excel, but to think of making something remotely similar to your spreadsheet made me tired already!
Now, instead of spending two days working on that, I'll have more time creating.
Thank you SO much! If I ever need an upgrade, I'll come back to you!

re: Windbent -
Thanks for visiting my blog! This download DOEA work in Open Office! Yay! The navigation doesn't work, so you can use the tabs at the bottom. But the functionality works great.
Thank you!
