Amanda from 'Amanda Jones' recently contacted me to help with costing.
She was asking me to help with something that I think many owners struggle with. So, I put together a quick (and fairly unrefined) spreadsheet to help out.
With this spreadsheet you can enter ingredients, price paid, amount used, amount made and/or amount purchased. It will determine your cost per individual item made.
Like I said, it is pretty raw and unrefined. But, if you know your way around excel, even just a little, you can change it up to meet your individual needs. If you have any ideas for it, please post them in the comments. I'll love to tailor and refine it some day!
